Processing Information This series was transferred from the Middletown Psychiatric Center in June 2000 and accessioned by the Archives during January 2001. The hospital, which opened in 1874 with 69 patients. The hospital employed a number of new techniques for the treatment of mental disorders, most notably the. Middletown State Homeopathic Hospital (N.Y.). Former Middletown State Homeopathic Hospital Cemetery, now known as Middletown Psychiatric Center Cemetery is located opposite 10 Weber Rd, Middletown, NY 10940. GPS coordinates are 41 degrees, 27 minutes, 15 seconds NORTH (41, 27', 15" N) and 74 degrees, 26 minutes, 48 seconds WEST (74, 26', 48" W). This accretion consists of 22 bound volumes for patients admitted to Middletown State Homeopathic Hospital (later Middletown Psychiatric Center) between 18 and discharged through 1936.
