Use the Automatic Draft Authorization Form to be set-up on automatic draft. Your water bill can be automatically drafted from your bank account or credit card each month on the due date. Do not submit cancellation requests via email as they can take up to 2 business days to be processed.

  • Because the routes our technicians observe are set out each morning based on the previous days' orders, we cannot set hourly schedules. We can schedule connections by calendar date only. We do not connect on standard holidays, weekends, or after normal business hours. A security deposit is required for all commercial accounts, and we also offer landlord agreements. This includes transfer of service in which one account is closed and a new account is opened. The non-refundable activation fee is $60 for residential accounts. Please allow up to 2 business days to complete. We do not offer same day service for new service requests. We connect service Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and can schedule up to 14 days in advance. Our automated phone system is also available 24/7 to process payments.
